Quiet, private location in a busy summer vacation area. In-law apartment is part of 3000sf year round home across the street from beach, set into a wooded area. Short walk to beach access. Ideal for quiet couple or single adult looking for a relaxing getaway. Can accommodate 1 or 2 more people, $25. per night charge for a 4th person. Living area consists of large room including snack area and breakfast bar. Full flight of stairs to extra large bedroom over the main room with queen-sized bed. Futon couch in main living area converts to full-sized bed. Renters provide their own sheets and towels, but a linens package is available for $30, per 2 people upon request.
Many activities nearby including outlet shopping, or just relax on your private patio or beach reading your favorite book and enjoying a cold beverage.
