There is currently some homes being built to the west of my property. Typically work stops at 5 and it is rare that they work on weekends. If you have any concerns please contact me, as I own that property and the crew works for me. The guy in charge is Jeromy, and he is very friendly, considerate and accommodating. There is a 7′ cedar fence between properties ensuring privacy.

The path to the beach is a 5-7 min walk. It is a beautiful walk in an exclusive area. This beach house is designed around everything you might want or need.
