The condominium is located within 300 feet of a beautiful cross-country skiing area that winds along the picturesque Wenatchee River and Blackbird Island. In the warmer months, this series of trails is wonderful for hiking and wildlife viewing. An 18-hole public golf course is minutes away, as is the Ski Hill downhill skiing/snowboarding/tubing area.

The condominium is a one-minute walk from the hub of Leavenworth shopping and strolling, with an amazing selection of shops and restaurants. Festivals occur almost every weekend, especially for Maifest, Oktoberfest and the Christmas Lighting ceremonies. There are also many music festivals that take place throughout the year.

There are 2 bedrooms in this modern, well-maintained first floor condominium unit. The master has queen bed, an attached 3/4 bath and a large walk-in closet (with a pack & play portable crib, for those of you with young children). The 2nd bedroom, also with a queen bed, is 5 steps from the 2nd full bath, just down the hallway. Both bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer. A laundry closet contains a full-sized front loading stacked washer/dryer, iron, ironing board, and cleaning tools. There is a designated space for one car to park in the secure, underground parking garage located just one floor below the condo.

The well-stocked kitchen has stainless appliances, a full compliment of utensils, pots and pans, a 12-cup conventional coffee maker, a Keurig, dual sinks, disposer and plenty of storage, including a wine rack.

40-inch HDTV with USB, blu-ray player in living room. 32-inch HDTV/DVD in master BR and 20-inch HDTV/DVD in 2nd BR. iHome stereo compatible with most smartphones and music players. The condo is equipped with a selection of DVDs and games. Fiber-based internet makes for speedy wi-fi internet.

Rates from $185-$250/night for up to four people.

11.4% sales/lodging tax. Refundable advance deposit equal to first night’s stay + tax

Cancellation policy: must cancel two weeks (event weekends four weeks) prior to arrival to receive full refund of advance deposit.

$60 cleaning fee. No parking fee (one vehicle only).
