Our renovated studio is a first floor unit, and is furnished with queen size bed all linens, plus a sofa/sleeper. We also have a portable Pack N Play crib for those traveling with small infants. Additionally there are several fans to keep you cool

Also a 32′ flat screen wall mounted TV that tilts and swivels. Blu-ray DVD Player with FREE Netflix!

Kitchenette comes equipped with refrigerator/freezer, induction cook top, microwave, toaster oven, crock pot, rice cooker, coffee maker, blender with all dishes, glasses, silverware, cooking utensils and pots, pans.

Brand new bathroom with all new fixtures a travertine tiled step-in shower, vessel sink with granite countertop, bath towels, and a hair dryer.

You will have boogie boards, beach towels, beach lounge chairs, grass mats, umbrella, and a cooler to take along on your adventures around the island, as well as travel guides to help with your exploring.

You will have your own private lanai with dining table and chairs.

Sandpiper village has a bbq area, pool and jacuzzi for your use, we are steps from a 2 + mile walking trail that will offer up beautiful views of mountains, waterfalls, and lush greenery, traveling on the trail will take you either to the St Regis, or to the Princeville shopping center . Princeville shopping center has a Foodland grocery store, gas station, and boutique shops, as well as a number of places to eat including Fedrico’s (mexican), CJ Broiler (steak/seafood), North Shore Grinds (pizza/burgers) Lotus Garden (thai/chinese) and for dessert a Lappert’s Ice Cream Shoppe.

Princeville also has a challenging golf course, the Makai course is just across the street! We also have golf clubs available if you would like to shoot a round of golf.

A five-minute drive to the west will take you to the first of many one lane bridges into beautiful historic Hanalei town where you will find great shops, restaurants and beautiful beaches. Continuing past Hanalei you will find many beautiful beaches to stop, take a picture or spend a few hours. At the end of the road is Ke’e beach, with a gorgeous beach and the beginning of the Kalalau trail.

Anini beach is a 10 minute drive to the east, with long expanses of beautiful beaches, waves breaking off shore, great snorkeling a perfect place for relaxing, reading and enjoying a lazy day at the beach.

Kilauea is only 10 minutes away with the historical kilauea light house, the lighthouse bistro restaurant and a great miniature golf park that is not only fun but informative.
