The great room of the loft looks directly out to the water with a veranda and deck for outdoor enjoyment. In the evenings you can turn on the propane fireplace for a relaxing or romantic ambiance. The kitchen, which is finished with granite counter-tops and stainless appliances, also looks out to the water making it great for making meals and enjoying the town’s natural surroundings and boating activity. The island kitchen also has extra bar seating.
The loft offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and looks out to the ferry and marina and has an adjoining master bath.
