This historic home, built in the late 1880’s, rumored to be a hunting lodge, is now completely restored. Remodeled and redecorated it is full of old Duluth charm and modern conveniences. The cottage is three miles from the world famous aerial lift bridge and Canal Park activities. It is one and a half miles from the Park Point recreation area with sailing and boat launch facilities.
