- The living room has a 42′ flat-screen TV with DVD player and a selection of movies for the family, a CD player with iPod dock system and two very comfy sofas – one of which is a sleeper sofa. Also available is an XBOX with a selection of games. Free local and long distance calls within the US.
- The dining table seats six.
- Our kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, pots and pans and all the dishware and utensils necessary for making simple or complex meals. Also available is a full size clothes washer and dryer.
- For families with little tykes – we have a ‘pack & play’ fold-out crib and a high chair so you do not need to pack these items.
- This second floor condo is 1,208 sq ft with a private screened-in balcony. The second floor condo is a short 3-4 minute walk to the clubhouse and pool and free parking is available immediately outside the condo.
- We have a key-less door entry system with a self-programming door code.
- 24 hour on-call Property Management
- Should you require immediate attention while staying in our condo, our property management company will be there to take care of you and your party.
