Description
This one of a kind property bordering the Westcott Bay Oyster farm and National Park with trail access to English Camp. Your backyard is Westcott Bay. launch your kayaks dig for clams or just relax and enjoy a sunset. Very private setting with a big yard to play in. Just updated with new flooring. Located at 664 Westcott dr. The house has 2 bedrooms each with a queen size bed, the 3 bedroom is a bunk house. It is separate from the main house (no bath and space heater only) equipped with bunk beds bottom is a queen, very private for those traveling with older kids or two couples. More suited for late Spring, Summer or early fall. Great room has sliding glass doors and windows looking over the bay, bring the outside in. There’s a super comfy couch, chair and bean bag. We chose to go unplugged with NO WIFII, there is 4G cell phone reception for hot spotting Verizon, T Moble and AT&T work well. We do have direct tv to keep up with the rest of the world. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, gas stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, blender and general supplies. The bath is a tub and shower combo with a single sink, small but efficient. There is a covered porch with propane grill, crab cooker and grill utensils. We have a fire pit ready for marshmellows or hot dogs. There is an outside table and chairs for dining outside on our long summer nights. There is a dock that goes dry due to tide. We have 5 kayak’s and 5 bicycles for your enjoyment. And remember your well behaved dog is always welcome with an additional deposit. House is not suited for CHILDREN UNDER 5 Due to gas burning stove is the main heat for the house and gets VERY HOT. Ask about possible one or two night stays. Or last minute deals! Ask for Deb
