This retreat is brand new and offers a rustic setting all with modern luxury. Two stories offers privacy for one of a kind romantic getaway or enjoy family time while immersed in the outdoors. A large wrap around deck on 2nd floor lets you fully explore the surroundings. This place is ideal for week stay or the quick 2 or 3 night getaway.

The outside stone patio and white birch trees make for memorable meals. We have just installed a great firepit near cabin to enjoy those long nights.

Guest access

Access all 70+ acres of our property including our active christmas tree farm. The gentle hills and terrain and miles of private wooded trails make for wonderful hiking, biking or x-country skiing. All Pennsylvania wildlife active on property including deer, bear and turkey. Enjoy the natural surroundings of the beautiful Susquehanna valley. Hike along trails and see river 400 feet below all while on private land.

Interaction with guests

I am available for help with all guest visits. We tend to stay out of guests way but are very available if needed. Communicate via text messaging is best but phone or email. Come see our Christmas tree farm or walk the trails and learn about central PA outdoors. I live nearby so am available if needed with notice.

The neighborhood

Secluded 60 + acre property with miles of easily accessible trails. Great for walking running or biking. We are just 2 minutes from lovely town of Bloomsburg Pa. It is college town with many diverse offerings. Including a top rated theatre group at Bloomsburg Ensemble, Bloomsburg Univ activities, and active downtown in Bloomsburg and nearby Danville. Active night life most days of week between wed and sat. Knoebels park is just minutes away. Many craft fairs and covered bridge festivals in our area. Great children’s museum only 5 minutes away. All available shopping for grocery and wine liquor are minutes away.

Getting around

Access to property is remote but well worth it. All wheel drive 4 wheel drive preferred with inclement weather. We do have 2 trucks for use on property should you not have and need 4 wheel drive to use. Two bikes are available for use. It is offroad on property.

Very unique property that was built 2016 that was inspired by West coast firetowers with all modern comforts.
