It rests on one of the most picturesque stretches of Lake Superior’s shoreline in the historic and quaint town of Lutsen, nearby the town of Tofte. One bedroom is on the lakeside. This makes it tough to drag yourself out of bed. You can not only hear the waves rolling in but you’ll enjoy the perfect panoramic views of the water. The 2nd bedroom has two full beds and a fun sleeping loft that kids are sure to enjoy. There is a full bath on the 2nd story and a convenient 3/4 bath on the main level. On the main level you’ll also find the fabulous new and fully loaded kitchen. Once you build a fire in the wood-burning stove you won’t want to leave so feel free to stay in and cook. There’s a fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher along with a snack bar so nobody misses out on the action in the kitchen! Nobody will be disappointed by the fact that Lake Superior is less than 30′ from the edge of the deck either. There’s a Weber grill right outside the townhome that you’re free to use anytime of the year, too. Walk down the shore to the playground or enjoy the walking paths that are within the Sea Villa Resort area. Don’t forget to bring your bikes and hit the new Gitchi Gami State bike trail. Or, head up the mountain to the single-track trails if that’s more your speed. Lutsen Ski Resort, Superior National Golf Course, the Superior Hiking Trail…all just minutes away. Many visitors like to drive into the nearby and popular town of Grand Marais for shopping, dining, music, tours and so much more. Many visitors simply grab their book, grab a comfortable chair and stay in. TV and a CD/iPod player are in the townhome along with a decent selection of books and games. The kids always enjoy the pool and sauna that’s on site and it’s just a short walk to the pool building from the townhome. So….basically….there’s truly something for everybody and nobody will be without something to do. Just a 2 night minimum stay and discounts offered for stays longer than 7 nights, too.
