Easy access with minimal steps. This home has recently been remodeled top to bottom, new oven added, and a new master suite bathroom. Located on a quiet country road it is convenient to both Ellijay and Blue Ridge.
Only fifteen minutes away from two of the main rivers; the Cartecay or Toccoa for tubing, canoeing, kayaking, fishing or relaxing. Hike right out your front door into Rich Mountain Wilderness or a short fifteen minute drive down the road takes you to Springer Mountain where the beginning of the famous Appalachian Trail starts or the Benton MacKaye Trail.
