Amazing deal for 2/2 Ocean View Fully Remodeled Condo!

This Hollywood beach condo comes with all of the luxuries of a hotel including valet parking, onsite pool, gym and clubhouse, but with all of the comforts of home. 2 full bathrooms, full kitchen stocked with the necessities and plenty of room for 6! (We also own another condo 2/1.5 right across the hall if you need to book for larger families or bigger groups, please inquire if needed).

The Space

We are renting out our gorgeous fully renovated 2 bedroom 2 bath condo on hollywood beach. The building has a gym and club house and the building is literally on the sand. The apt has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 full bathrooms (one tub, one shower with body jets) and two spacious bedrooms (a king tempurpedic bed in the spacious master, & two queens beds in the guest room). There is also a queen air mattress if necessary. There’s wifi and cable, and also a laundry room on the same floor. This apt has an amazing view of the ocean and the intracoastal and city.

There are tons of things to do around the area, downtown hollywood, gulfstream casino and shops, aventura mall, the hollywood broadwalk (restaurants on the water) and we are walking distance to the westin diplomat (a 5 star hotel). You will also be centrally located between fort lauderdale and miami, making both destinations easily accessible from hollywood.

Guests must pay for parking in our building, it is 4 dollars during the day or 10 dollars for overnight and in/out privileges.If you have any questions about the area, we would be happy to guide you to our favorite places. Guest Access

Guests can use the pool, the gym and the clubhouse that has private conference rooms, reading areas and a pool table. Also, there is direct access to the beach from the building.

Interaction with Guests

We will greet you when you arrive and give you a tour of the building and apartment, and we will see you when you check out. However, we live in the next building so we are close by if you have any questions or concerns (we are not absentee owners). We can also provide great advice on restaurants, shopping and whatever else you might need during your stay.

The Neighborhood

Hollywood beach is a beautiful place with tons of restaurants, nightlife and shopping nearby. But the most attractive attraction is the Hollywood Broadwalk where you can rent bicycles, visit an organic market (or organic brewery on the water!), listen to live music or just go for a stroll.

Aventura Mall is also a few minutes drive away. This is one of the best malls in all of South Florida.

And Gulfstream Park is nearby as well, where there is a casino, plenty of restaurants and high end shopping, plus during season, there are actual horse races.

Finally, for some nightlife outside of Miami and Fort Lauderdale, you can check out downtown Hollywood. Aside from restaurants and bars, there are events, festivals, live music, and Family Fun Fridays.

Getting around

There is a Hollywood Trolley that takes you up and down Hollywood Beach and to downtown Hollywood. There is also a water taxi across the street that will take you by boat to South Beach or to Fort Lauderdale/Las Olas Blvd.

Other Things to Note

We love living in this area, it is very family friendly yet there are plenty of adult things to do.

House Rules

Six people maximum. No smoking, drugs, parties or pets allowed. Be considerate of the neighbors in the building. This is our home so please treat it as you would your own.
