The Setting:
The 2 decks and the multi-windowed sunroom are perfect spots to savor your morning coffee. Either space gives you a lovely view of the cedar and white birch woods. This is a great place to watch bird activity and a pesky red squirrel or two at the feeders. This house is a place to relax, get away from daily routines, and enjoy the quiet of nature.
Take a 3-minute walk to Lake Michigan, sit on the boat dock, and watch the sunset. In summer next to the Wagon Trail properties there are spots to launch your boat, canoe, or kayak. If you are a biker, competitor or recreational, this is the perfect place to set out for miles on your bike. In the winter put your snowshoes on and find the wooded trail close to the house for some quiet winter exercise. You can also drive 5 min. to Newport State Park which has many hiking, cross-country, and snowshoes ready trails. Newport State Park also has snowmobile trails.
