North Shore Lake Superior Townhome Just Steps Away From The Edge Of The Water!

This amazing townhome is designed for those who want to get away from the hussle and bussle of the city and let the waves of Lake Superior bring some calm back into a busy life. It’s perfect for a romantic get-away, a family/group vacation or a “base camp” for the outdoor enthusiasts….or ALL of the above! This beautiful 2-story Sea Villa has been lovingly maintained and tastefully updated. It sleeps 6 comfortably but one could use the pull-out sofa and sleep 8. Sleeping arrangements are as follows: There is a one king-size bed in the lakeside bedroom. There is one king-size bed along with a sleeping loft that has two twin mattresses in the 2nd bedroom (please note that the loft space has limited headroom which means that you can’t fully stand up…unless you’re a young kid or very short!) There is a pull-out sofa on the main level, too. The main floor 3/4 bathroom has a beautifully tiled shower, a lovely hard-surface countertop and in-floor heat to keep your toes comfortable and warm. The upstairs boasts a full bath and it also includes some lovely features and updates giving it a retreat-like feel. Enjoy the fresh, soft linens, the fluffy white towels and the eco-friendly soaps/shampoos/body gels provided, too. The fact that it is a pet-friendly get-away spot is a wonderful feature, too, as well. It’s nice to be able to bring our furry family members with us on vacation at times. The kitchen has all of the tools and space you’ll need whether you stay in and cook your own meals or just need a place to gather and stare and the lake. “Everybody hangs out in the kitchen” holds true no matter where you are! Enjoy that morning cup of coffee, watch the waves roll in and the sun come up. It’s tempting to step out onto the deck, take a few steps to the ledgerock shoreline and just sit and relax the whole day away. Enjoy a nice evening bonfire and gaze at the stars. You truly won’t believe your eyes if you’ve never experienced the sky at night on the North Shore. Being that this townhome is an end unit with a huge wrap-around deck you can spend a lot of your time outside…enjoying the beauty of the “Big Lake”. If the kids want to take a swim, the pool building is just a one minute walk away. There is also a fun playground to be found to the west…just stroll along the walking path and it’ll lead you there. The pure and simple joy of being able to do whatever you want is magical enough!
