Our unit is the CLOSEST 1 BEDROOM CONDO BY OWNER TO THE OCEAN. From our lanai and even inside our condo, you will HEAR THE SURF BREAK.

Poipu Sands is situated on 7.5 acres of lush, tropical, well-maintained grounds. Within Poipu Kai, Poipu Sands has the only private tennis court and its own NEWLY RENOVATED swimming pool and barbecues. Also, our condo is on the ground floor with easy access from the near-by parking and no need to haul luggage or groceries up & down stairs.

The MASTER BATH has dual sinks and an over-sized tub/shower, and has NEWLY REMODLED cabinets, granite counters, lighting, etc. Plus there is a SEPARATE HALF BATH, also NEWLY REMODELED. The NEWLY REMODELED KITCHEN is fully equipped and the Living Room has a NEW Flat Screen Cable TV, DVD, and Stereo with CD. It also has a NEW comfortable sofa bed. Our unit is tiled in the kitchen and bathrooms, with carpet elsewhere for your comfort. Free high-speed Wi-Fi Internet, Linens, Beach Towels, and a LG stacked Washer/Dryer are all provided for your convenience. From the Living Room & Lanai, you can see an Ocean View and a lovely tropical garden. The condo is baby/kid friendly. For infants, we have a Baby Suite/Corral set aside in the closet if needed. Our condo is ideal for couples celebrating special occasions or an anytime getaway.
