Other listings have lovely views of Milwaukee but they aren’t yours. These are!
As a discerning guest, you appreciate a property that is thoughtfully and meticulously maintained for guests who desire a higher-end stay. A walkable location, spotlessly clean, upscale furnishings, special amenities, and an attentive host make this listing your best choice. Plus 2 full baths and true on-premise parking make it the perfect stay.
The Space:
You will enjoy spectacular views of Lake Michigan and Downtown from every room while sunshine fill this well-appointed, south-east corner unit. With a balcony to sip morning coffee or an evening cocktail, guests often cancel their scheduled plans to simply enjoy the accommodations.
Furnishings are stylish and comfortable, with a touch of whimsy. The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with all you need should you decide to dine in. Including spices from the local spice shop and coffee beans from the local roaster.
And it’s the little things like cable TV, a high-end [Bonavita] coffee maker, Restoration Hardware Turkish Towels, Riedel wine glasses, down comforters, and free passes to MKE’s iconic Art Museum which also set this property apart from the typical airbnb stay.
Given the number of car “break-ins” occurring in the city, it is reassuring to know you will be parked [truly] on-premise, in a secure, underground parking garage in an assigned space. As opposed to a public lot which most of the downtown hosts offer. If a second parking spot is needed, I can assist for a small fee.
The Master Bedroom has an ensuite bath and how nice to have a full second bath. No need to wait to take morning showers.
Bringing the work-out clothes? You also have access to a small community fitness room.
Having a special event? There is a community space that can be rented in the building. Sorry but parties are not allowed in the apartment.
This is your space; my belongings are elsewhere. If you prefer the owner-lived-in experience, this may not the right “stay” for you.
The Neighborhood
East Town is a lovely residential neighborhood that is relatively quiet for a downtown location. Yet it is within walking distance of Lake Michigan, many special tourist sites and some of my favorite restaurants. How convenient…There is a large grocery and liquor store just a block away.
Warmer weather offers music-filled parks farmer’s markets, bike trails, river kayaking, trolleys, Lake Michigan sailing and beach volleyball. And our famous street and ethnic festivals; Jazz in the Park, Bastille Days, Irish Fest, Italian Fest, German Fest, and the World’s Largest Music Festival – Summerfest. ALL WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE.
In cooler weather, take in the Calatrava Art Museum, Bradly Center sports, or well-know performances of symphony, dance, theater, and opera at the Historic Pabst, Turner Hall, Riverside, Milwaukee Repertory, and Marcus Center. ALL WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE.
Walking Distance to Venues:
Metro Mart Grocery and Liquor Store – 1 block
Pabst Theater .5m
Fiserv Forum (NBA, concerts, entertainment) .7m
Milwaukee Art Museum (on Lake Michigan) .7m
Henry Maier Festival Park (Summerfest Grounds) – .9m
Riverside Theater – .8m
Wisconsin [Convention] Center .9m
UW-Milwaukee Panther Arena .7m
Milwaukee Public Market [Historic Third Ward] .9m
Miller Park (i.e. Brewers) and Harley Davidson are just a 10 minute drive.

I have been fortunate to have many wonderful guests over many years. They receive great accommodations for their Milwaukee visits and I receive caring guests.
Please provide full names of potential adult guests, where you reside, and the reason for your visit when making an inquiry. This allows me to get to know you a bit. Much appreciated!
Interaction with Guests
I or my partner try to greet all guests to make parking a breeze, ensure you are comfortably settled, connected to the wifi, review audio/video and discuss your plans if you would like suggestions for the area. Many folks tell me how rare and helpful it is to have such an attentive host. If you prefer a self-check in, that is fine.
I love Milwaukee and I want you to also. I dine out often and can direct you to restaurants truly deserving of your patronage. And please enjoy a free visit to our iconic Museum of Art on the Lakefront. I also have access to to amazing NBA center court seats and as an avid subscriber to the theater, symphony, and ballet, I can recommend and sometimes obtain discounted tickets. Want restaruant suggestions? Tell me what type of food you like and I will have them at my fingertips!
