Description
The townhome is located five miles south of Moab and five minutes from an award-winning 18 hole golf course. This is not just a rental condo, it is my second home and I have furnished it for my comfort and enjoyment but you are welcome to use it when I’m not in Moab. The accommodations are more than just comfortable. There are granite counters tops in the fully equipped kitchen, Brazilian Rain Forest marble in the bathrooms, and a kiva-style fireplace for the cool months. You will be kept cool with the central air system for the summer months.
The three bedrooms (king, queen, and two twin beds) are designed to pamper you with high-quality linens and bedding and a television in each bedroom.
The two-car garage provides you with a safe place to store your golf clubs, mountain bikes, jeeps, side by sides, or the hot-rod you’re bringing for the Moab car show.
The walled patio provides stunning views of the La Sal Mountains and the red-rock rims, as well as a gas barbecue grill and cafe table and chairs. There’s a private balcony off the master suite for romantic evenings.
The townhome is equipped with Wireless internet and all televisions have cable.
