The interior of this home lends itself to a refreshing, crisp clean feel with elegant style. All on one level with an open floor plan, vaulted ceiling in living room, central heat and air. Easy access with minimal steps. This home has recently been remodeled top to bottom, new oven added, and a new master suite bathroom. Located on a quiet country road it is convenient to both Ellijay and Blue Ridge.
Only fifteen minutes away from two of the main rivers; the Cartecay or Toccoa for tubing, canoeing, kayaking, fishing or relaxing. Hike right out your front door into Rich Mountain Wilderness or a short fifteen minute drive down the road takes you to Springer Mountain where the beginning of the famous Appalachian Trail starts or the Benton MacKaye Trail.
